Rhubarb Season



This is rhubarb season.  Are you a rhubarb fan?  If so now is the cheapest time of year to buy it or if you grow your own now's the time to start putting it by...

Chopped and frozen is great for pies, crisp or kuchen.
Sauce is good for rhubarb bars, spooned over biscuits for shortcake or just in a dish for dessert.
Strawberry rhubarb jam is wonderful and stretches your strawberry crop.
