A well stocked pantry can save you money. If you buy in bulk, most times, you pay much less per serving.
Costco or Sam's Club are great for buying in bulk.
By having items in your pantry you can cook quick, easy and much less expensively than going out to eat or stopping at the grocery store every day.
One thing that has helped me is to have menu ideas. I pull my binder off the shelf. It has my menu ideas and the recipes all in one book. I have 27 different supper ideas and one of them always sounds good. It makes it easy to put supper together fast.

These are two great recipes.
Please DO NOT use the same tongs without washing them from raw chicken to the cooked chicken, as the gal does in the video. If you have ever had food poisoning you know what I'm talking about.
